I’m Keith Meredith — Ocala, Florida. I design websites and run local SEO for small businesses, and I run three of my own. Here’s the honest version.

Most people pick a lane. I never could. I started out figuring out how to make a website actually pull its weight for a small business — not look pretty, but ring the phone — and the more I did it, the more I wanted to own the whole problem, not just the marketing slice of it.

So I built Benchmark Web Development, my web-and-SEO studio, and that’s still the craft at the center of everything. But over time I got pulled into running real operations — home lending with Black Rock Mortgage, and the heavy, unglamorous, satisfying work of hauling and clearing with Waste Maniacs.

Three different trades, but the same operator and the same rules underneath: tell people the truth, do the work you said you’d do, and build things that still hold up a year later. That’s it. That’s the whole philosophy.
